Dealing with endometriosis presents several medical challenges due to its complex nature. The condition can manifest differently in each individual, with symptoms ranging from pelvic pain to infertility. Diagnosis is often delayed or misdiagnosed due to overlap with other conditions, and effective treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach. When endometriosis makes sex painful or unsatisfying, it can really affect someone's confidence and relationships. But in therapy, they can learn about why this is happening and find ways to manage it better. Therapists also help them talk openly with their partners, which can strengthen their connection.
