If you are scheduled for a prostatectomy, preparing for surgery just makes sense. This program focuses on preparing the body and mind for the physical changes that happen after prostatectomy. Studies show prehab gets men dry quicker as well as returning to sexual function faster! This 60 minute session will teach you, under ultrasound guidance, how to properly contract and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles to assist with bladder control and sexual function,. It will also discuss what to expect after surgery and how to manage each stage of your recovery from incontinence to ED.

Find out before the big day wellness session that assesses your ability to relax the pelvic floor muscles while you gently simulate pushing. Real time ultrasound imaging brings to life what labor will be like and lets you watch how to best push like a pro! This appointment is typically 45-60 minutes long and is tailored to what goals you have.
After the big day has come and gone, get a postpartum check-up to see how well your core and pelvic floor are recovering. In this 60 minute session we will check for DRA, pelvic floor dysfunction and discuss topics such as how and when to return to exercise and intimacy.
Our owner Racquel Kurzweg is excited to go back to her roots of group fitness classes. She will be planning a variety of classes designed to help motivate and educate people to move more. Movement is proven to improve health, pain, mood and so much more, but if it isn't fun, it's just a chore. Come join our small group class and try out your favorite fitness trend.
Keeping classes small means you won't get lost in the crowd. With only 5-8 people in a class, you still get personal attention and proper cuing throughout the class to make sure you don't get injured and your body is getting the most out of your workout.

This cozy space is made for your client visits. Meet in a calm and professional space stocked with all you need for client visits. Couch, chairs, free Wi-Fi, printer/copier access, birthing and parenting books, samples and education tools all behind a closed door to give you and your mom/parent privacy. This space was designed with doula's and lactation consultants in mind but is perfect for anyone meeting with parents and parents to be! Room is rented by the hour and we do require you to leave the room on time and ready for the next professional. Please reach out with any questions or if you would like to see the space in person before booking.
We have beautiful 20 x 18ft open floor space stocked with all the equipment you would need to run a small class or workshop. You can rent just the space or get the GYM+ rental and have access to tables, chairs, and projection equipment (bring your own computer) for up to 12 people. Room is rented by the hour and we do require you to leave the room on time and ready for the next group. Your therapist is trained in numerous treatment approaches including internal, external, fascial, visceral, ultrasound, exercise and equipment based care but chooses the approach that works best for you. You can expect your care to include extensive education about your body and your condition, expert hands on techniques to facilitate healing and wellness, and the proper movement and exercises to care for your specific condition.
A truly patient based approach. Treatment time and approaches are based on what works best for you and your condition. We don’t believe there is a one size fits all treatment program. That is why we created varied treatment times (30-60min and beyond) and wellness programs because not every condition is created equal. You may need more or less time in the clinic and we want to support that journey.
