Racquel Kurzweg started her health and wellness journey 17 years ago as a group fitness instructor. She would go on to work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer over the years before realizing her true calling and desire to treat as a physical therapist where she would be able to care for the health of the person and not just the outside image. She attended the University at Buffalo where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
After graduating with her doctorate, she immediately began treating patients with pelvic and pregnancy related conditions. She went on to develop pelvic floor physical therapy programs within a local hospital system, including creating an inpatient program for new mothers to receive physical therapy in the hospital after birth. As the healthcare system continued to change, Racquel discovered the best opportunity to care for her patients would be to step out on her own to open, Adore Your Core Physical Therapy, PLLC.
Racquel has had the honor and privilege to instruct in higher education, as well as teach continuing education courses to birth professionals such as Doulas, RNs, and physical therapists. She has also been a part of teaching childbirth education classes, postpartum fitness classes and public speaking events to small and large audiences on incontinence and pelvic health.
Racquel is passionate about her education and is constantly working to learn and grow in her field. She is one of only three practitioners in the WNY area to achieve the PRPC (pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification) designation. She has travelled all across the country attending classes to help her better care for her patients.

Michelle began her health and wellness journey over 20 years ago as a physical therapy patient. She fell in love with the profession and quickly became a physical therapy aide to enable her to start healing others. Realizing her passion for healing, she attended Villa Maria College where she received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree.
Upon graduation, Michelle immediately began working as a PTA in a busy orthopedic clinic seeing a multitude of diagnoses. As she saw more and more patients that would benefit from pelvic health therapy, she realized she could truly help with the healing of the whole person by adding in work within the pelvis. She earnestly pursued additional education in the treatment of SI joint dysfunction, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and most recently, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise. In this way, she became a specialized pelvic health PTA.
Michelle is passionate about providing outstanding care with an unparalleled drive for knowledge and understanding. She thinks beyond the basics and searches for the root of the problem and the path to wellbeing. She loves to learn and bring new tools to help in the care of her patients. She is deeply honored to be a part of each person’s healing journey.

Ashley’s journey into health and wellness began over 15 years ago when she first experienced physical therapy as an athlete. She was fascinated by how exercise, stretching, and targeted activities could reduce pain, restore mobility, and help people return to doing what they love. This passion led her to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at D’Youville University.
After graduating and working in orthopedics, Ashley realized her desire for a more holistic, one-on-one approach to patient care. In 2021, she began her certification process in pelvic health and continues to expand her knowledge each year—not just for her patients, but because of her genuine love for learning. She finds it incredibly rewarding to discover new information that can make a difference in someone's life.
Ashley is particularly passionate about reproductive health, as well as pregnancy, postpartum care, and pelvic pain. Her personal experiences with reproductive health have fueled her commitment to exploring how physical therapy, in collaboration with other professionals, can help individuals achieve their goals. The most fulfilling part of her work is hearing patients share the improvements they’ve made not just in their physical health, but in their mental and emotional well-being as well. This motivates her to continually seek the best approaches for helping her patients succeed.
Come experience the difference of private, personalized care.
