What’s Included in the Pregnancy Wellness Package?

Our holistic package provides personalized assessments and treatments focused on pelvic floor health, core strength, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery.


1st Visit (First or Second Trimester)

  • Movement and Pelvic Assessment: A thorough evaluation of your posture, pelvic alignment, and mobility to identify any imbalances or areas of discomfort.
  • Core Evaluation with RUSI: Using real-time ultrasound imaging (RUSI), we assess your core and pelvic floor muscles to ensure they are functioning optimally.

2nd Visit (Second Trimester)

4th Visit (Postpartum Check-in – 45-Min Video or Phone Call)

  • Check-in Within First 4 Weeks: We provide a 45-minute call to discuss your birth experience, early postpartum recovery, and address any concerns you may have.
  • Guidance on Recovery: Get tailored advice on how to navigate the initial postpartum weeks, including pain management, pelvic floor recovery, and safe movement.

5th Visit (Six-Week Postpartum Checkup)

  • Comprehensive Postpartum Assessment: This in-person visit focuses on evaluating your pelvic floor, core function, and overall recovery after birth. We assess your healing and provide personalized exercises to help you regain strength and mobility.
  • Postpartum Recovery Plan: Develop a detailed plan to restore pelvic health, strengthen your core, and manage any lingering postpartum issues.
