Endometriosis Resilience Program

A Whole-Body Approach to Endometriosis Management

Endometriosis is a complex condition that impacts multiple body systems. Managing it effectively requires more than just a quick fix—it demands a strategic, long-term approach. The Endo Resilience Program is designed to help individuals take control of their body and well-being through guided support, education, and sustainable health strategies.

This program is structured to support patients at every stage of their journey, focusing on foundational health habits, movement, and system-by-system optimization to help them regain confidence in their body. Whether you're an individual seeking relief or a healthcare provider looking for a trusted resource for patient support, this program offers a science-backed, whole-body approach to managing endometriosis.

Resilience

The Endo Resilience Program is built on evidence-based strategies and structured in three key phases:

Step 1: Laying the Foundation (4 Weeks – Weekly 30minute Sessions)

  • Gain a deeper understanding of symptoms and how they connect to different body systems.
  • Build resilience with movement strategies and nervous system regulation techniques.
  • Learn key lifestyle modifications for symptom relief, including stress management, sleep optimization, and pelvic floor awareness.

Step 2: Whole-Body System Optimization (6 Months – Biweekly 30minute Sessions)

  • Address key systems affected by endometriosis, including digestion, immune      function, hormonal balance, nervous system health, and musculoskeletal      strength.
  • Implement individualized strategies to support healing and symptom reduction.
  • Create sustainable movement routines to enhance function and minimize discomfort.

Step 3: Long-Term Resilience & Maintenance (5 Months – Monthly 30minute Sessions)

  • Focus on maintaining progress and refining personalized symptom-management      strategies.
  • Integrate detoxification, strength-building, and emotional health practices into      daily life.
  • Develop long-term habits for self-sufficiency in managing endometriosis.

Endo Resilience Program

Who is this Program for?

The Endo Resilience Program is designed for individuals who:

  • Want a structured, long-term approach to managing endometriosis symptoms.
  • Are ready to explore movement, lifestyle adjustments, and nervous system regulation.
  • Have  tried multiple treatments with limited success and need a comprehensive strategy.
  • Are motivated to take control of their health and build lasting resilience.

This is a fully virtual program, allowing participation from anywhere with expert guidance and ongoing support.

Why Choose the Endo Resilience Program?

Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, this program is tailored to meet individual needs. Each session provides targeted education, movement strategies, and expert support to help participants feel empowered in managing their condition while complementing the care they receive from their medical team.

Meet Your Provider

Racquel Kurzweg, DPT

Dr. Racquel Kurzweg is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, owner of Adore Your Core Physical Therapy, and a specialist in pelvic health. With advanced training in manual therapy, pain science, and endometriosis coaching, she is uniquely equipped to help individuals manage their symptoms and regain control of their bodies. Her expertise includes:

  • Certified Endometriosis Health Coach (Integrative Women's Health Institute)
  • Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist & Highly Trained Manual Therapist (Herman & Wallace PRPC; Barral Institute trained visceral therapy)
  • Certified Pain Science Educator (University of South Australia)
  • Leader in Holistic & Evidence-Based Pain Management

Dr. Racquel has spent years working with patients with endometriosis in the clinic, but her reach has been limited to her local community. She believes there is much more that can be done for these patients, even virtually, with the ability to provide support, education, and referrals to trusted local providers as needed. Her goal is to bridge the gap in endometriosis care, offering accessible and integrative support no matter where a patient is located.

A Collaborative Approach

The Endo Resilience Program is not a replacement for medical or surgical treatment but rather a complement to skilled medical care. We work alongside healthcare providers—including gynecologists, surgeons, pain specialists, and other allied health professionals—to provide patients with a well-rounded, multidisciplinary approach to symptom management. By addressing lifestyle, movement, nervous system regulation, and foundational health habits, this program enhances the effectiveness of medical treatments and helps patients achieve better long-term outcomes.
